    Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year.  Our curriculum is aligned to the State of Georgia US History Standards.  US History is a tested course by the state, which will be counted as 20% of your child's grade.  
     
    This will be my 24th year teaching. I have been at Locust Grove High School since 2011. I earned my BS in History with a double minor in Earth Science and Biology. I earned my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Cambridge College.  I am married and have 2 sons.  I am from Michigan originally and have lived in Georgia since the summer of 2004.
