School- Parent Compact for Student Achievement 2022-23

Hickory Flat Elementary School’s School-Parent Compact for Achievement is an agreement that parents, students, and teachers jointly develop. The document is reviewed and updated annually based on stakeholder feedback and the schools Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP). It explains how parents, teachers and students will work together to make sure all HFE students reach grade-level and State achievement standards. The Compact is available on the school website and in print, by request.  The Compact may be reviewed during a parent-teacher conference to remind each party of their role and responsibility regarding the student’s academic achievement. The Compact can be adjusted or updated for an individual student at any time throughout the year.
