Hello Everybody,

My name is Mr. Tabares and I am the art teacher at Hickory Flat Elemenatry. 

A Little About Me:

I was born in Atlantis

Superman is my first cousin

I mastered Kung Fu at the age of 4

I won a Nobel Peace Prize for my work on the health benefits of the mucus from the feet of the rare Green Banded Lizard in Argentina at the age of 12

I speak Icelandic and Swahili fluently

I was one of the original architects that designed Machu Picchu 

Personal friends with Bigfoot

This is my fifth year at Hickory Flat and my 16th year teaching. I have taught Elementary, Middle, and High school in the regular classroom, art room, and woodworking/Technology at an alternative school. I am a husband, and father of 4 great girls! I like doing stuff outdoors and love being in the classroom.
