THe mission of Cotton Indian Elementary School's Professional Counseling Department is to foster an environment in which all students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for academic success, college/career readiness and social/emotional development in partnership with all stakeholders in order to achieve their fullest potential as future leaders.
