Welcome to Second Grade!!!  My name is Nicole Manns and I will be your child's second grade teacher for the 2023-2024 School Year.
I would like to welcome you and your child to our very special class!! I am excited about the new school year and all that we will experience together. I know how important your child is to you and I want you to know that they are very important to me, too. I care about their social and academic growth and will treat each child as the important individual they are. I've taught 1st, 2nd, and 4th grades over the last fourteen years. I received my Bachelor's degree from Georgia State University and my Masters' University in education. 
I will attempt to teach with a passion for my subject so that my students develop a desire to become life- long learners. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is so important to keep communication open between us and I would love to talk to you whenever you feel the need. I look forward to a great year together.
