Dr. Jomayra Toro Colon

I am Mrs. Toro and I am very excited to be working with your child this upcoming school year. This is my first year at Cotton Indian. I just moved to the Peach State from Arizona, but I am originally from Puerto Rico, where I completed my degrees. I've been teaching since 2006 and have had the pleasure to work in various educational settings, including the graduate level at Arizona State University! I am certified in Puerto Rico, Arizona, and in Georgia with specializations in SEI, ESL, and Educational Management.
