Please complete this form to give permission for your child to participate in the Board Game Strategy Club at Impact Middle. The club will meet from 3:00-4:30 pm. This form must be completed by Friday, August 23, 2024. Our first meeting will take place on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. You will receive a welcome email from the club sponsors prior to the first meeting to confirm your participation.
