ADAP Certification
Alcohol and Drug Awareness ProgramBy law, Georgia teens under the age of 18 are required to successfully complete ADAP in order to obtain their Georgia driver’s license.
Completion of ADAP is NOT a requirement for Health/Personal Fitness course, but if you choose to complete the course through the Department of Driver Services (DDS), a large amount of your Edgenuity content (once you send my your completion certificate) can be removed. Bonus points for completing the certification can be added to your grade.
The DDS has a online option for completing this certification (eADAP). As an online student, we encourage you to take the opportunity to complete this certification as a part of this course. Please click on the link below for more information about the eADAP course. Let us know if we can help or if you have any questions.
