Winter Graduation Ceremony--2025

If you will be participating in the Winter Graduation ceremony, please make sure you have ordered a cap & gown from Herff Jones no later than November 1, 2024.
Date: Friday, January 17, 2025
Time: 10:00 am (Graduates should report at 9 am...1 hour prior to the start of the ceremony)

Please make sure you have turned in your HCS Chromebook, carrying case, and charger. You will not receive your diploma if you have outstanding fees related to the computer and other equipment not being returned.

If you have any other outstanding fees (sports, lunch, media center, etc.) please clear your balance on or before January 10th. You can check with our bookkeeper, Ms. Lori Aviles to see if you owe any fees.

- Female Attire: No jeans or tennis shoes. You want to wear something dark-colored, so it does not show under your gown while walking across the stage. It can be a dress, skirt/blouse, or dress pants. Ladies, I would recommend wearing wedges or flats since you will be walking on inclined surfaces.
- Male Attire: No jeans or tennis shoes. Please wear a short or long-sleeved dress shirt, dark dress pants, and dress shoes/loafers.
