Ms. Regina Russell

Hello everyone, my name is Ms. Russell, I am honored to serve as the Student Support Facilitator at Hickory Flat Elementary School. As the SSF, I will lead the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) department and support our ESE students, staff, families, and community. My enthusiasm for teaching is certainly overwhelming. I started as an Exceptional Student Education(ESE) paraprofessional in 2001. My lifetime dream was to become an educator. Well, after 23 long years of persistence, here I stand today. Currently, I hold a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, a Master's degree in Education with a concentration in special education, and an Educational Specialist degree. I am not only preserved, but I have also conquered my lifetime dream. Lastly, I am proud to say that I will be starting my Doctoral program in August of this year.
