GPB Education, in collaboration with the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE), is providing digital learning resources that adhere to Georgia's state standards to foster at-home learning across all subjects and grade levels through The Georgia Home Classroom. These resources are available at gpb.org/learn. The initiative also includes an instructional broadcast schedule airing across GPB's nine-station statewide television network.
GPB Education's work with the Georgia Department of Education also includes "Getting Ready" guides to help young learners set to enter kindergarten, first, second and third grade explore skills that will prepare them for the school year ahead. The guides cover physical health and wellness, English/language arts, math, science, and social studies and are accessible at gpb.org/learn.
GPB's PBS KIDS Channel is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with kids' favorite shows - Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, Arthur, Pinkalicious and Peterrific, Wild Kratts, Odd Squad, and many others. Check your local listings for the stations in your market. The programming also can be accessed at out GPB Kids website on the PBS KIDS app, available for free on a wide range of platforms.
