A little about me...

I am married and have three children, who are now adults, and one beautiful grandson. They certainly grow up fast!

I teach visual art to all students in kindergarten through fifth grade here at Unity Grove Elementary. This is my 28th year teaching art. I love watching students learn and grow as artists.

Art can get a little messy. We really try to keep clothing clean but accidents happen on occasion. Clothing with dark colors will show fewer stains. An apron or a big, old t-shirt can also be very helpful. Our Specials schedule is on a rotation. Try to remember not to wear that favorite new shirt or dress on your art day. We will have less messy art materials on picture days so we don't mess up nice clothing.
