Dear Panthers,

It is a privilege and an honor to serve as your Assistant Principal. Unity Grove is an amazing school with the best teachers, students, and staff. My goal is to make sure each student knows that he/she is loved. I am excited to work alongside all stakeholders to ensure our students are safe, happy, and learning. It is a blessing to be part of the Locust Grove Cluster! We truly are a tight knit community who value family and connectivity.

I have spent over seventeen years working in the field of education. I am certified in Early Childhood Education grades (P-5). I have also obtained my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as my Specialist in Curriculum, Instruction, Management, and Administration. Additionally, I have my gifted endorsement, math endorsement, leadership endorsement and Tier 1 Leadership Certification.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 14 years, and our four children. Being their mom, has had the biggest influence on me as an educator. I want every child to have a learning experience that includes high expectations, meaningful activities, and a safe, nurturing environment.
