Henry County Schools has partnered with Naviance to provide your student a wonderful college and career readiness tool!!!!! Henry Futures is an online platform that helps students at more than 13,000 schools discover their strengths, explore college and career interests, create actionable goals and find their best-fit path after high school.
Henry Futures allows your student to:
- EXPLORE INTERESTS & SELF DISCOVERY: Students build confidence by trying new things, pursuing what they love, and learning from their missteps in a safe environment. Henry Futures (Naviance) is that safe place that helps students focus on their strengths, reflect on their interests and strengths, and explore a wide variety of career options.
- LEARN MORE ABOUT CAREERS: Connecting students' interests to their potential career paths early ensures active participation in their own academic success and opens their eyes to the wide world of career opportunities. The career planning tools in Henry Futures allow students to understand how their strengths, goals, skills, and interests can lead to exciting careers.
- RESEARCH & PREP FOR COLLEGE: Henry Futures college planning tools allow students and families to make informed decisions using a students’ personal interests, test scores and numeric average to help them find their best-fit higher education institution. Regardless of post-secondary plans, Henry Futures assists students with researching 4yr, 2yr colleges and technical schools.
