Hello tiger family, I am Nichole Wall your 6th-grade counselor and 7th-grade counselor of students with the last name beginning with letters M-Z. Some of you may remember me as the Counselor from Stockbridge Elementary. This year will mark my sixth year in Henry County Schools and twenty-one years in public education.

I hail from the Midwest where I was raised in Kansas City, Missouri graduating from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Upon graduation, I joined my family in Atlanta where I obtained my first teaching assignment as a first-grade teacher in Dekalb County Schools. Over the 15 years, I held positions in pre-k, second grade, and counseling. I earned my Master of Arts degree in School Counseling from Cambridge University.

My interest in family structures, students, and communities drew me to the profession of counseling. This position allows me to serve students and families from a different perspective. Building family support mechanisms, helping students adjust, and developing positive behaviors are key for making a well-rounded student striving for academic success.

My husband and I have five children, so our life is extremely busy! We love to watch Netflix, play board games, and our new hobby is gardening.

I am excited to be in middle school. As I learn and grow in this level of education, my door is open to assist you and your student for a successful school year.
