Hi, friends! My name is Maegan Coddington, and I am beyond excited to be your fifth grade teacher this year! I graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education in 2020. I grew up in Henry County and graduated from Ola High School. After graduation, I went on to play on a softball scholarship in college. While playing, I pursued a Nursing degree, but, after an injury ended my softball career I began substitute teaching.  This experience gave me a change of heart and I ended up pursuing a degree in my dream field of education! 

I love hiking, camping, and kayaking with my 9-year-old Pomeranian, Alli. I also love going to Braves games! Alli and I share our home with my two adorable cats, Sloan and Avery! I love everything family, fun, and outdoors!
