Woodland Middle School Family,
It is with great excitement that I welcome you to a new school year at WMS!! I am excited to be a new addition to the Administrative Team and I look forward to meeting and engaging with each of our students and families.
My name is Corey Davidson and I serve as one of the Assistant Principals. I was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee; I moved to Georgia to attend Morehouse College. After graduation, I began teaching 7th grade science in DeKalb County. I taught for 10 years and then began my administrative tenure in 2005. I have had the pleasure to serve elementary, middle, and high school students throughout my career.
As a member of the WMS Staff, I share in the commitment to ensuring every student, every day, in every way achieves success. We look forward to sharing and celebrating student growth throughout the school year!
My door is always open and I welcome your input. It will take all of us working cooperatively to be successful in our mission of meeting each of our students where they are and providing opportunities for them to grow. I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions or concerns at any time.
