• Introducing Mrs. D. Williams

    Dear Parents,

I am the K-2 EIP teacher at Pate's Creek. I am very excited about working with our PCE scholars.  Since I will be a part of your child's educational journey, here's a little information about me.

I began teaching in Henry County in 2013. My previous experience includes teaching fourth and fifth grade at Smith Barnes Elementary, teaching third and fourth grade at Impact Academy, teaching private Pre-K, and many years as a paraprofessional, in both regular and special education in the Clayton County Public School District.  In addition, I spent several years as a coordinator for a Clayton County Afterschool Program. I earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from Brenau University, a Masters’ Degree in Early Childhood from Argosy University, a Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership from Thomas University and an Educational Leadership certificate from University of West Georgia. I'm currently pursuing my doctoral degree in Elementary Education from Brenau University. Altogether, I’ve been in the field of education since 2001.  I am certified to teach every subject area in elementary grades K-5.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me through the school office or by email (daytrica.williams@henry.K12.ga.us ).  I will respond to your message as quickly as possible.

Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation. I look forward to working with our scholars at PCE to provide the best possible education and give them the support and care that they so deserve.

    Sincerely,

    Mrs. D. Williams
