Greetings McDonough Middle School Families,
My name is Cynthia Byron, and I am the Literacy Instructional Coach. Since beginning my career in 2005, I have been dedicated to teaching English in the secondary setting, where I developed a deep love for literacy and student learning. My passion for education extends beyond the classroom, as I strive to support teachers in building their content knowledge and refining their instructional practices. Now, as an instructional coach, I am excited to embark on this journey to help teachers grow professionally and build capacity, ultimately enhancing the learning experience for all students.
