McDonough Middle School Winter Sports Information

All Participants Must

• Create an Aktivate Account and Complete the Forms (If you haven't yet) 

• Upload your physical 

• Make sure that you are prepared for tryouts (shorts and shoes, no sweatpants or jewelry)

• Must be picked up on time from practices and tryouts

• Be ready to pay athletic fee $40.00 if not already paid
