•       I grew up in Morrow, Georgia and graduated from Morrow High School. After high school, I attended Georgia College and State University (GCSU) in Milledgeville, Georgia.  I earned a B.S in history and a M.Ed. in social science from (GCSU) . I began my teaching career at Lovejoy High School where I taught for 10 years and then onto Stockbridge High School where I taught for one year.  I took a 6 year "break" from teaching to be a stay home mom. This is my 17th year at Ola High (27 total years as an educator) and I love it.

I married my college sweetheart in 1994 and we moved to Locust Grove.  My husband and I have two adult children.

I am looking forward to an exciting year. I value each of my students for what they contribute to the environment of learning. I want each student to be successful and will work with them toward that goal.

Let's have a great year together!
