Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. McCreary

I was born and raised in Conyers, Georgia where I attended Salem High School. After high school, I attended Jacksonville State University on a Pole-Vaulting and Cheerleading Scholarship. I graduated with a degree in Broadcasting Communications. After college I worked for the Boy Scouts of America as a grant-writer and fund-raiser. In 2013, I landed my dream job.... teaching Broadcast Communication to high school students in a state where the industry is booming. In my first year at Ola I was fortunate enough to teach with my husband and my mom. My mom is now a retired teacher and coach, and my husband still teaches right down the hall. Outside of teaching I coach cheerleading, track, and gymnastics. My husband and I live in McDonough, Ga with our sweet babies, Harper & Mitzi, and our two furkids, Sadie and Scooter. On our school breaks you can find us in Breckenridge, Co, St. Augustine, Fl, or camping. My hobbies include cooking, water/snow skiing, sewing, and spending time with my family.
