       Welcome, my name is Sarah Greene.  This is my 28th year teaching and I am so happy to have you (or your child) in my class this year.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Berry College in Rome, Georgia, my Master's Degree in Foundations of Education from Troy University in Alabama, and my Specialist Degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama.   I began my teaching career in Clayton County in 1997.  I taught 5th and 3rd grades at Northcutt and Kemp Elementary Schools.  Then, I moved to Henry County to be closer to home.  I taught 1st and 3rd grades at Mt. Carmel Elementary in Hampton and taught 3rd grade for the last 12 years here at RSE.  I am excited to move to 4th grade this year and see many familiar faces from last year.
       My husband Jamey and I have been married for 27 years and have two daughters, Meredith and Ashley.  This year we will be adding a son-in-law over September break.  Our oldest is getting married and we are over the moon excited for Meredith and Jack!
