My name is Mrs. Ricketts, and I am the Student Support Facilitator (SSF). As the SSF, I provide leadership and support to students, teachers, and families served in exceptional student education (ESE).

I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child throughout the school year, which surely promises to bring with it, many new experiences.  

My professional background includes a bachelor’s in computer information systems and a master’s degree in special education. I started my journey as an educator in 2014. This is my fourth year as a Student Support Facilitator but my first year at Rock Spring Elementary School. I am excited to work in partnership with you and I am confident that together we can provide the support and encouragement needed to help your child excel.
