Welcome to the 2024-25 school year!

About me: 2024-25 marks my 20^th year with Henry County Schools. I have been a part of the Rock Spring family since the school opened in 2008-09. I have experience working with all elementary grade levels (K-5). I have a bachelor’s degree in early education from Mercer University, a Master’s Degree in middle-level education from Walden University, and a Specialist Degree in elementary education from The University of West Alabama. I have 2 adult sons – one just began a career with Bosch, and one is currently completing Nuclear School with the Navy. I enjoy working in my yard, online shopping, camping, biking, and spending time with family/friends. I look forward to getting to know each of you better and working with you this year. About EIP: The EIP (Early Intervention Program) is designed to support students who may be at risk of not reaching or maintaining academic grade level and help them reach or maintain grade-level expectations. EIP will work with students in small groups during reading and/or math time, providing additional resources to help them with concepts that may be difficult for them (remotely or in-person). Our goal is to help students catch up to grade-level expectations in the shortest amount of time possible and help them maintain those grade-level expectations.
