We Are Ola / What is "We Are Ola"?

We are Ola is our schoolwide PBIS initiative (find out more about PBIS below). The purpose of schoolwide PBIS is to establish a climate in which appropriate behavior is the norm. Our school PBIS motto is "We Are Ola: Ready, Respectful, Responsible" every day. It is our hope that this postive climate and culture will help our Mustangs thrive!

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based, data-driven framework proven to reduce disciplinary incidents, increase a school's sense of safety and support improved academic outcomes. More than 1,200 Georgia schools and 27,000 nationwide have been trained in PBIS. Implementation of PBIS is saving countless instructional hours otherwise lost to discipline.
