The link below provides all the paperwork that must be completed and uploaded to Aktivate before students are able to tryout for any sports. Please download the paperwork and ensure that it is completed before tryouts.

 

All physicals must be uploaded in Aktivate and be 100% complete before tryouts.  In addition, students must have completed last semester with a grade of 70 or better in 5 out of 6 classes.
