Welcome to my class!

I am Coach Shook. I am the Basic Reading & Writing teacher at Stockbridge High School. This is my 2nd year at the high school and 3rd year in the county. I coach volleyball at Austin Road Middle School and they never cease to amaze me! 

I am currently working on my M.A.T. at Clayton State University. I received my B.S. in Deaf Education/Special Education from Valdosta State University in 2020. I love getting to grow every day as a teacher and a person, and my students are a huge part of that. I have 4 guinea pigs in our classroom and they have been a wonderful resource for students. 

I love exploring new places and meeting new people and I am so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of these students' lives and to help them grow and develop into avid readers and writers.
