     Below is a link to my syllabus for Algebra 2 
     
     
    For my classes, I require that students have a scientific calculator. The math that is done in classes such as Algebra II
    require the calculation of exponential, logarithmic, rational, irrational, and higher-degree polynomial expressions and functions.
    Other than the calculator students are also expected to have pencils with erasers and paper in an organized binder. 
    My suggestion for calculators if you do not have one would be a Casio scientific calculator. Just as long as you have the ability to use LOG, LN, Pi, e^x, and y^x functions then you should be fine.
