Welcome to Ms. Harper's 4th Grade Class!!!

Hello, I'm sooo excited about this upcoming 2023-2024 school year. I am privileged to be your child's 4th grade teacher. I plan to bring my love of learning to my classroom.  Class time will be maximized and the atmosphere will be to create and learn!!
