Ms. Moore is an educator that has worked with children for over 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University; a Master’s and Educational Specialist Degree in Brain-Base Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Moore started teaching in the public sector in 2002. She’s taught in various communities from rural to inner city schools. She believes ALL children can learn given the strategies and tools needed for success to compete in our global economy.
Learning and teaching is a first love for Ms. Moore. She infuses technology in her teaching to engage students who are digital natives and 21st Century Learners. Ms. Moore strives to instill the love of learning in the lives of those she teaches to become life-long learners from early childhood to adult learners.
On a personal note, Ms. Moore is a Georgia native and grew up in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. She initially attended college in Athens, GA at the University of Georgia - Bulldog Nation! She has three children and five grandchildren. Ms. Moore loves to spend time with her grandchildren, family and friends. In her spare time, she likes to learn new things, cook or bake, and travel. Her faith, family, and friends are key components of her life.
