Summer Robinson
Hello! I am Summer Robinson, counselor for 8th Grade and 6th grade last names A-J. This will be my 17th year as a middle school counselor, 16 of which have been here at LMS. Previously, I worked as a social worker with Hands on Atlanta and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. I graduated from the University of Georgia with my Bachelor of Social Work and from the University of West Georgia with my Master of Education in School Counseling and my Education Specialist degree in Professional Counseling.
My goal as a school counselor is to help remove barriers that hinder a student from reaching their full potential. I offer individual counseling, group counseling and classroom guidance in order to meet student needs. Your child will experience rapid social, emotional and physical development during the middle school years. Every day presents opportunities for me to help students develop good decision-making skills and effective communication skills.
