    My name is Heather Pouliot.  I started teaching in 1998. I taught 4th grade, fifth grade, middle school science in 8th grade and sixth grade.  While teaching at the middle school I coached 7th grade girls' basketball.  Before teaching here at Ola I was the Science Lab Teacher for grades K-5 at Tussahaw Elementary.  I hold two degrees a BS in Education from Clayton State College University and an MA in Education from Piedmont College.
     
    I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 21 years. We have three sons: one in college, one attending Ola High School and one attending Ola Middle School.  My family means everything to me.
     
    I am an ardent Falcons and Yellow Jackets fan and enjoy cheering them on. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and read.
     
    I love my job and look forward to working with my students and helping to insure each ones success!💚💛
