Mrs. Williams

Welcome to 2nd grade! 

My name is Mrs. Williams and I’m so very excited to be teaching another year here at Ola Elementary. This is my 5th year teaching and my third year here at Ola. I have taught 5th, 3rd and 2nd grade. 

Although I am a Georgia girl at heart, I did live for many years in Ohio where I achieved my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Miami of Ohio. I moved back home to Georgia 12 years ago and I do NOT miss the cold and snow! 

In my spare time, I love to dance (mostly tap and jazz), draw, shop and of course spend time with my family. My husband’s name is Sam and we have two amazing boys- Brady and Ryan. Both boys are here at Ola with me and Ryan is in the 2nd grade this year also!

We are going to have so much fun this year and I can’t wait to get to know you. I believe our class is just like a family. Along with the many amazing things we’ll be learning through our daily lessons, we will also focus on building relationships with our peers and how to be an outstanding citizen in our community. Kindness will be at the heart of everything we do!
