Autobiography

Education: I attended Lee University for my PE and Health degree. I continued with my education and achieved a Master's from Troy University, a Specialist from Valdosta State University, and a Ph.D. from Walden University. I believe that health, wellness, and education are essential pieces of a successful life.

Family: I have been married for 18 years. I have a son, and two daughters. We have two dogs.

Recreation: We are always on the move. We love being outdoors wether on the beach or on a hike in the woods. The picture of my family is of us camping on the lake.
