Ms. Dana Atwell

Welcome HMS students and parents, I am so excited to be the School Social Worker for Hampton Middle school for the 2020-2021 school year. I am responsible for servicing  four schools in the Henry County district.  This is my 5^th  year in education and I look forward to many more. As a Georgia native (born and raised) I am extremely passionate about assisting and supporting the families within the county.  I  completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Georgia State University. I  went on to earn my Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs). I am elated to be working with the students and  families of Hampton Middle and believe this will the best year yet!! Welcome!
