In order to complete a change of transportation for your child, please be sure to follow all instructions. Failure to do so will result in your child going home their normal way.
- All change requests must be written (your child cannot verbally ask for a change) and include a parent or guardian signature.
- A working phone number must be included on the request. The attendance clerk will contact you in order to confirm that the change request is correct. If she cannot reach the number that is listed, your child will go home as originally planned.
- ALL TRANSPORTATION CHANGES MUST BE GIVEN TO THE ATTENDANCE CLERK BY 10:00 AM. Late requests will not be honored.
