HCS Enrollment /Withdrawal Process
ENROLLMENT PROCESS

These documents requires 24 hours to process.A withdrawal packet consists of: the withdrawal form with current grades, a copy of the following: birth certificate, immunization records, social security card and discipline record.
Steps:
1. Enrolling Parent (Guardian) must come to the school and present a photo ID and request the withdrawal.
2. Enrolling Parent will sign the withdrawal form.
3. The student will take the withdrawal form to all classes to return books and obtain grades on their last day of attendance.
4. The student will take the withdrawal form to the cafeteria and media center to clear any obligations and return all library books.
5. The student must return all text books that may have been issued to the class teacher.6. The student will return the withdrawal form to the Counselor’s Secretary-Tiffany Bell, who will attach the withdrawal form to a copy of the social security card, birth certificate, discipline record and immunization records. These documents will be placed in a sealed envelope for the parent to take to the new school of enrollment.
DMS states:
All withdrawals must go through the Counselor’s Office after the parent or guardian has given approval. It is the responsibility of the student to process the withdrawal form with the necessary signatures and to clear all obligations to the school.
