Hi! My name is Valri Ford. I look forward to working with you and your child this school year. My family moved to Henry County nine years ago. Prior to Henry County, we lived in Deltona, Florida. While in Florida, I taught kindergarten and second grade. Since being in Georgia, I have taught third grade, first grade, and ESOL. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in May of 2001. I am certified to teach Early Childhood, Elementary Education, Middle Grades English, English for Speakers of Other Languages, and Gifted Education.

My husband, Jason Ford, is the band director at Woodland Middle School. Our son, Barrett, is a senior at Georgia Southern University this year and our daughter, Raegan, is a first-year student at Georgia Highlands College. Raegan plays softball for Georgia Highlands so we spend a lot of time at the ballfield! Our family loves USC football and traveling.
