Purpose: The Beta Club will promote the ideals of character, service, and leadership among elementary and secondary school students. It will reward meritorious achievement, and encourage and assist students in continuing their education after high school.

Eligibility:  4th and 5^th Grade Students who receive Satisfactory (or higher) scores on the conduct section of the 3rd or 4^th grade report card,  have  a report card grade average of 85 percent or higher for the entire year of 3rd or 4th grade and a letter of recommendation from a previous teacher (or current teacher).

Requirements:  To remain in good standing in the club, students must maintain at least an 85 percent grade average all semester and model good citizenship throughout the school year (satisfactory or higher on the report card).  Additionally, students must participate in at least two community service events to fulfill the service portion of the national organization.
