My name is Anika Baldwin-Dozier. I received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Alabama State University (ASU).  After earning this degree, I decided to further my education and received  a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at ASU. Later, my Specialist’s Degree in Curriculum  & Instruction from Argosy University –Atlanta. I have received my Gifted and Reading Endorsement through CCPS cohorts. I  am currently earning  my Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction.

This is my 24th year of teaching. Sixteen of those years teaching gifted K-5.  I have been  married for 25 years and I have two daughters ,a GSU graduate and Senior in college. I am eagerly looking forward to working with your babies and enhancing their academic success virtually. :)
