My name is Ms. Sabrina Pittman. I currently teach 3rd-5th grade in the MOID unit at Luella Elementary School. I have been teaching for 14 years. I have taught a wide array of grades ranging from pre-k to tenth grade. I began my teaching career in the general education classroom and transitioned to self-contained classrooms three years ago. I received my dual certification in general education and special education with a B.S. in Education in 2009. While teaching, I attended Walden University and attained my Masters in Education in education and then followed it up with my Specialist in Education from Walden University with an Educational Specialist degree in special education. When I'm not teaching, you will find me traveling, photographing nature, enjoying nature, spending time with my family and friends, or cuddling with my fur babies (Cupcake and Muffin). I am an avid animal lover. My two golden retrievers are currently in training to be mobility service dogs. They are also therapy dogs and are working toward their first visit to a nursing home. Maybe they will visit us one day.
