Welcome back to another great school year.  I am thrilled to be part of the Luella Lion Cubs Instructional Leadership Team. Together, we will improve student and teacher performance in targeted areas as identified in our Consolidated School Improvement Plan (CSIP) and our 90Day Plan. I look forward to working along side our dynamic administrators and teachers to  ensure high-quality instruction in every classroom. It is my desire to help students achieve the academic goals of performing at or above grade level in all content areas as well as provide them with equitable access, outcomes and opportunities. It is my goal to help teachers grow through instructional coaching. I will support teachers' understanding of Henry County's Curriculum, Henry Teaching and Learning Standards, Instructional Framework, Highly Effective Classroom, assessment, and Driven Instruction. l will work collaboratively with teachers to support student learning. To build teachers' capacity, I will focus on professional development that will expand and refine their understanding of research-based effective instructional practices.
