Dear Pleasant Grove Community,

I want to welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year!  We are all looking forward to another spectacular school year as we work to ensure each student’s success here at Pleasant Grove Elementary. 

Our dedicated staff is committed to ensuring we meet the needs of all of our stakeholders, especially you and your student’s needs.  We serve to provide an environment where your student feels safe and welcomed, and we commit to providing high-quality instruction and multiple opportunities for you to be involved.  Our teachers are the backbone of our school, and we are blessed to have such a committed and dedicated staff here to serve your students.  We work diligently to ensure our teachers are provided with consistent feedback, opportunities for growth, and the resources necessary to support all of our students.  We have a tremendously talented and dedicated faculty and staff who are here to support you and your student, so know your students are in great hands.

Your student’s learning is a team effort here at PGE, and we want you to be involved in this effort.  The first step to this is making sure your student is on-time and at school every day.  We encourage you to communicate consistently with your student’s teacher, to be an active member in our PTO, and to reach out any time you have questions or concerns.  Please make sure that you have access to Infinite Campus and that your contacts are updated, as this platform is used to communicate grades and serves as our record of the best means to contact you.  Your student’s teacher will also provide their best means of contact and will seek this information from you as well.  Also, please make sure that you have downloaded the “Here Comes the Bus App.”  You student’s teacher will also provide their best means of contact and will seek this information from you. 

Thank you for the opportunity to serve your family.  I look forward to our best year ever here at PGE.  Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do to support your student and the ambitious work of Pleasant Grove Elementary.
