This will be my 27th year in education and my 9th year at the elementary level. My teaching experiences include 4th grade Math and Science, 6th grade Gifted Math and Science, 7th grade Math and Science, 8th grade Math, Science, Social Studies, and Reading, as well as a Journalism Connection class. I taught for 10 years in Clayton County and 8 years in Social Circle. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Grades 4-8 from Clayton State University and a Master's Degree in Math from Walden University. 

I have two amazing adult children and four awesome grandbabies. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, walking/running, reading, and  Line Dancing. I spend most of my breaks from school visiting my Colorado family. A lot of my weekends are spent in Atlanta babysitting/playing with my 3 grandsons.
