My name is Melanie Riley. I have taught within the Henry County School district for 25 years. My teaching career began at Stockbridge High School where I taught for 9 years.I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from the University of West Georgia. I earned my Masters degree in Administration from the University of Phoenix and my Specialist degree from Walden University. I have worked toward my doctoral degree through Walden University as well. It is currently at the A.B.D. (all but dissertation) stage.I am certified in Broadfield Science (grades 7-12) as well as Educational Leadership.I was honored to be chosen as Henry County High School's Teacher of the Year in 2014.I look forward to working with the students of Hampton High School this year.Ms. M.
