Ms. Christine Caul is the Clinic Aide at HHS.

For assistance with illness, injuries, or medication, HHS students need to report to the Clinic (located in Room 109).

Medication Information:

If your child needs to take any medication at school, a signed Medication Authorization Form must be on file.

Do not send medication to school with a student. A parent or guardian must bring the medication to the office.

Please keep the school informed with updated contact information in the case of an emergency.

The above requirements must be met before any medication can be administered to a student.
