    This page will connect one to the constitution and bylaws for all schools governed by the GHSA.  Each sport's specific policies, start and end dates, and eligibility information can be found in this document.
     
     
    Eligibility Information
    This info has been copied straight from the GHSA Constitution, but it has been cut, reduced, and highlighted to help HHS coaches find the important info that he/she needs.
     
     
    Start Dates, End Dates, Number of Games
    This document contains sport-specific start dates, end dates, number of varsity and JV games, etc. The link attached is for 2014-2015. 
     
     
    GHSA School Directory
    This link will take you to the GHSA's school directory so that you can get contact phone numbers of the school's coaches, the school address, etc.
     
     
    Mandatory Rules Clinics
    This link will take you dates, registration, and other important rule clinic info. GHSA rules clinics are no joke in that your head coach will be fined if a coach does not complete the clinic in the allotted time frame. The A.D. will send reminders out as the deadlines approach; after that, all HHS coaches who miss the rules clinic deadline will have to pay the fine personally.  
     
     
    HCBOE Fundraising Request
    This form must be filled out and submitted to Dr. Gwyn for HCBOE approval of the fundraiser. Document must be submitted approximately two weeks prior to the schedule BOE meeting for it to be approved at the upcoming meeting.
