Mission

The mission of the East Lake Elementary School  Counseling Department is to promote equity, access, and success for every student.  Our mission includes providing a data-driven  comprehensive counseling program aligned with  the ASCA model designed to meet the academic,  social/emotional and college/career needs of all  students so that they will learn skills necessary to  be successful in a changing society.

Vision

Students at East Lake Elementary will transition  into middle school with full knowledge that they can achieve anything they put their minds to and that hard work reaps success. Not only will they  maintain respect for others, but also advocate  and accept those who struggle. The world-class education that all students experience at East Lake will ultimately guide them to successfully pursue college and career aspirations. In this evolving  world, they will adapt, persevere and finish as strong leaders.
