Greetings! 

My name is Sugunda Jackson and I am super excited to be the Instructional Personalized Learning Lead here at Wesley Lakes Elementary. I am a veteran educator with over twenty years of experience. I am mother of one adult son and countless others whom I have taught over the years. I have lived and taught internationally which has provided me rich experiences to share with my school community. I am also a proud author of my first children's book titled, At the Fishing Hole.

I am eager to work with teachers to create meaningful opportunities in the area of Literacy and best teaching practices! As we walk through this school year together, I challenge teachers, students and parents to read more, write more and spend more time having meaningful converations with those around you.
